I did not leave the house today. When I got up the
thermometer outside on the porch registered 20 degrees, by noon it was at 10
degrees and still going down. The snow started up and the wind blew. Luckily we
didn’t have any appointments or any need to go anywhere so we stayed in. Even
with heavy socks and a sweatshirt on I still felt cold all day long, must be
the humidity with the snowfall. Tonight I got out the quilt that needed the
binding sewn on and sat under it while I sewed. Yes, this is the reason many of
our friends leave the state this month.
